GEO analysis, recommendations, and reports generated by this platform are produced by AI systems and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

§01 · Service Provider

Prime Sentia GEO is operated by Prime Sentia INC, a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America. Registered address: 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #26181, Newark, DE 19702, USA. Contact: legal@primesentia.ai.

These Terms govern use of the GEO methodology hub at neogeo.primesentia.io, the corporate site at primesentia.ai, and the Citabilize console at citabilize.primesentia.ai. The canonical text is this page.

§02 · Description of the Service

Prime Sentia GEO is a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to audit website content for visibility in generative AI search engines (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude), and to generate GEO recommendations and improvement plans.

The platform is an analytical and informational tool. It does not take autonomous decisions on your behalf. All outputs must be reviewed and validated by a qualified human before being applied.

The Service is intended for business users (B2B). It is not directed at consumers within the meaning of consumer protection legislation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or from individuals under 18.

§03 · Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Prime Sentia does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs;
• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific purpose;
• Any recommendation will result in improved rankings, citations, or visibility in any AI engine;
• The platform will meet your specific business requirements.

AI language models may produce outputs that are plausible but factually incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You should independently verify all outputs before acting on them.

§04 · Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIME SENTIA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of search rankings, AI visibility, organic traffic, or business opportunities;
• Reputational harm resulting from the application of AI-generated recommendations;
• Damages arising from decisions made based on platform outputs.

Maximum liability cap

Prime Sentia's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (A) fees paid in the preceding 6 months, or (B) $500 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

§05 · No Professional Advice

The platform outputs — including audits, GEO scores, recommendations, roadmaps, and fix briefs — are generated by AI models and provided for informational and analytical purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Legal advice or legal opinions
• Financial or investment advice
• Marketing / PR / branding advice
• SEO consulting with guaranteed outcomes

For decisions of material consequence to your business, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

§06 · User Assumption of Risk

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies inherent to large language model technology;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to apply any recommendation;
• Any business decision based on platform outputs is made at your own risk;
• Prime Sentia does not guarantee that following any recommendation will improve AI visibility or search performance.

§07 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or mislead end users;
• Make automated decisions that materially affect individuals (employment, credit, housing, healthcare) without human oversight;
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection regulations;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models;
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement;
• Audit websites you do not own or for which you do not have authorization.

You retain ownership of content you submit. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your materials to Prime Sentia and do not prohibit lawful reviews of the Service.

§08 · AI Sub-processors

The platform uses third-party AI provider APIs to generate analysis and recommendations. These providers process queries in accordance with their own terms of service and data policies:

Prime Sentia does not train its AI models on your data. Queries sent to third-party AI providers are governed by each provider's terms and privacy policy. Where Prime Sentia has a data processing agreement with a provider, that agreement also applies.

§09 · Intellectual Property

When you use the platform, Prime Sentia processes data about your website on your behalf, acting as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. You remain the data controller for any personal data contained in your website content. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Article 28 is incorporated by reference for customers in the EEA, Switzerland, and UK. Contact legal@primesentia.ai to request a signed DPA. §11 · Suspension, Subscription, and Termination

Prime Sentia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform's integrity.

Paid access may be a one-time purchase or an automatically renewing subscription, as disclosed at checkout (price, billing interval, and date of the first charge). Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription you authorize Prime Sentia, through Stripe, to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

To cancel a subscription, sign in to the Citabilize console at citabilize.primesentia.ai, open Upgrade, and cancel from the in-app billing controls. Organization owners and admins can complete cancellation in the product; contacting support is not required. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following charge. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a prepaid period, except as required by law.

§12 · Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prime Sentia INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content or domains you submit, including audits of sites you are not authorized to submit; and (c) your breach of these Terms. Prime Sentia may assume exclusive defense of any claim; you will cooperate.

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not a person on the US Treasury OFAC SDN list or otherwise prohibited from receiving US services.

§16 · Copyright notices (DMCA)

Prime Sentia’s designated agent for notices of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. §512 is legal@primesentia.ai, Prime Sentia INC, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #26181, Newark, DE 19702, USA. Include the information 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) requires. Repeat infringers may lose access.

§17 · Changes to These Terms

Prime Sentia may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Account holders accept updated Terms through the Citabilize clickwrap at sign-in or upgrade. Continued browsing of public pages after the effective date constitutes acceptance of changes that apply to those pages. If you disagree, you must cease using the platform before the effective date.
